Confirm your venue allows open flame / wood-burning equipment. Most outdoor venues accommodate saunas easily.
Placement Space
We need approximately 10' x 15' of flat ground, ideally away from tents and high-traffic areas.

Plan changing areas or designate a space for robes. We can help you design the guest experience.

Rain or cold doesn't stop the sauna! Just ensure guests have a covered path to and from the unit.

Weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate team-building events, milestone birthdays, and wellness-themed gatherings are all popular choices.
How many guests can use the sauna during an event?
The sauna fits 4-6 people comfortably. For larger events, guests rotate through sessions. Plan 15-20 minute sessions for high throughput.
Can you set up at any venue?
Most outdoor venues work well. We've set up at farms, estates, vineyards, backyards, and event spaces. Indoor placement requires special coordination.
What about guest liability?
We provide waiver templates. Most event venues have their own liability coverage, and we carry our own insurance as well.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates (summer weekends, holidays) book 4-6 weeks out. Contact us as soon as you have your event date confirmed.
What happens if it rains?
The sauna operates rain or shine — in fact, rainy weather enhances the contrast experience. Guests stay warm and dry inside.
Is the sauna photogenic?
Absolutely! The barrel sauna photographs beautifully and makes a unique backdrop. Many couples incorporate it into their wedding photos.
What's included in the rental?
Firewood, fire starter, water bucket and ladle, thermometer, and slippers for guests. We can add a cold plunge or fire pit for the full experience.
Do you serve locations outside New Jersey?
We primarily serve locations within 60 miles of Far Hills, NJ. For special events outside our typical range, contact us to discuss options.
