When are delivery and pickup?
Both happen between 6-8 PM.
Where do you deliver?
Within 60 miles of 07931. We currently do not deliver to NYC boroughs.
How is pricing structured?
First day is $650. Each additional day is $250/day. Delivery may be free ≤20 miles; $200 for 21-60 miles.
Do I pay now?
Your card is authorized at checkout. We charge only after admin approval. If we can't confirm within 24 hours, the request expires and the authorization is released.
Does someone need to be present?
Yes. Someone must be present for both delivery and pickup.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery incur a $250 fee.
Where can you place it?
A flat, accessible area for safe trailer placement. We'll guide you on best practices.
Is power needed?
No household power required; the wood-fired stove provides heat.
How long to heat?
Typically 45-90 minutes depending on conditions and desired temperature.
Is there smoke?
Minimal; the wood-burning stove is vented. We'll advise on placement for comfort.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Yes, a brief handoff helps us ensure a smooth, safe pickup.
