When are delivery and pickup?
Delivery occurs from 6 PM–8 PM ET on the first rental date, and pickup occurs from 6 PM–8 PM ET on the final rental date.
Where do you deliver?
Simply Sauna delivers within 60 miles of its Bedminster, New Jersey headquarters. Delivery is free within 20 miles. A $200 delivery fee applies beyond 20 miles and up to 60 miles. NYC boroughs are not served.
How is pricing structured?
Two rental units, each with its own calendar. Barrel Sauna: $450/night flat rate (1–7 nights), with optional cold plunge, fire pit, and extra wood at checkout. Tent + Cold Plunge Package: tiered totals from $400 (1 night) to $1500 (6–7 nights, weekly cap); cold plunge is always included. Delivery is free within 20 miles; $200 for 21-60 miles. Do I pay now?
Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only after Simply Sauna approves the booking. If the request cannot be confirmed within 24 hours, it expires and the authorization is released.
Does someone need to be present?
Yes. Someone must be present for both delivery and pickup so the handoffs can be completed safely.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before delivery are non-refundable.
Can I pay over time?
Klarna and Affirm are available at checkout for eligible customers, subject to their approval and terms. Learn more about Pay Over Time
Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?
Qualifying customers may be eligible to use HSA/FSA funds after completing the $15 Flex consultation before booking. Eligible customers receive a Letter of Medical Necessity for reimbursement; only same-day or future purchases can be reimbursed. Learn more about HSA/FSA eligibility
Where can you place the barrel sauna?
A flat, accessible area for safe trailer placement. We'll guide you on best practices.
Is power needed?
No household electricity is required. The short-term saunas use wood-fired heat.
How long to heat?
A wood-fired sauna typically takes 45–90 minutes to heat, depending on conditions and the desired temperature.
Is there smoke?
Minimal; the wood-burning stove is vented. We'll advise on placement for comfort.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Yes, a brief handoff helps us ensure a smooth, safe pickup.
