Complete a Quick Consultation
Fill out a brief, 2-minute chat-based consultation with a licensed provider on Flex. If you qualify, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity in under two hours.
Book Your Simply Sauna
Once you have your letter, book your sauna rental through our normal booking process. Pay using a standard payment method (not your HSA/FSA card).
Submit for Reimbursement
Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and Simply Sauna receipt to your HSA/FSA provider. Get reimbursed with your pre-tax funds!

- Only same-day or future purchases can be reimbursed
- Your Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for one year
- The $15 consultation fee is also HSA/FSA eligible
