A complete sauna lease

Simply Sauna’s long-term rental program lets individuals and businesses lease a complete outdoor sauna package for an enabled 12-, 24-, or 36-month term. Each turnkey package includes the sauna, paired heater, delivery, and installation. The customer must provide an accessible, code-compliant 240V electrical connection that meets the heater manufacturer’s specifications.

Electrical work is not included. Applications remain subject to approval, site suitability, and service availability for the selected package and address.

How the long-term rental program works

    Choose an available sauna package and lease term.

    Simply Sauna reviews the application, delivery address, and installation location.

    Once approved and the agreement is completed, delivery and installation are scheduled.

    Use the sauna throughout the term. Simply Sauna may inspect the equipment with notice, and manufacturing-defect coverage applies during the initial term subject to the agreement.

    At the scheduled end of the fully paid initial term, renew for 12 months, purchase at the frozen purchase-option price, or return the sauna.

What is included?

Simply Sauna supplies and installs the approved package. You prepare the property and electrical connection before delivery.

  • Manufacturing-defect repair or replacement during the initial term, subject to the agreement

Customer site responsibilities

  • A safe, accessible, code-compliant 240V connection that matches the heater specifications
  • Any circuit, panel, wiring, trenching, disconnect, receptacle, permit, inspection, or electrician work
  • A suitable, accessible placement area and required property permissions
  • Routine care, cleaning, ordinary supplies, and required insurance

How the lease works

The signed long-term equipment rental agreement governs your package, payment schedule, responsibilities, and options.

  • This is a true lease, not rent-to-own.
  • Rent pays for use and does not create purchase credit.
  • You cannot terminate the current term for convenience; an accepted early return may involve agreement charges.
  • The sauna must remain at the delivery address unless Simply Sauna gives written consent to relocate it.
  • After the fully paid initial term, choose a 12-month renewal, the frozen purchase option, or scheduled return.

Can anyone apply for a long-term sauna rental?

Individuals and businesses may apply. Every application is subject to approval, installation-site review, and service availability for the selected package and delivery address.

Is this rent-to-own?

No. This is a true equipment lease. Rent pays for use of the sauna and does not build purchase credit or reduce the frozen end-of-term purchase-option price.

Is delivery and installation included?

Yes. Approved packages include the sauna, paired heater, listed package components, delivery, and installation. Site readiness and electrical work remain the customer’s responsibility.

What electrical connection is required?

Before delivery, the customer must provide a safe, accessible, code-compliant 240V electrical connection at the placement location that meets the heater manufacturer’s specifications. Creating or upgrading circuits, panels, wiring, trenching, disconnects, receptacles, permits, inspections, and electrician services is not included.

Is ongoing service included?

The lease is not a recurring maintenance plan. Simply Sauna may inspect the equipment with notice as provided by the agreement. During the initial term, manufacturing-defect repair or replacement is covered subject to the agreement; routine care and damage outside that coverage remain the customer’s responsibility.

Can I cancel during the lease?

The lease cannot be terminated for convenience during the current term. You may request an early return, but Simply Sauna may require you to complete the term or may accept the return subject to the agreement’s early-end charges.

Can I move the sauna?

Not without prior written consent from Simply Sauna. The equipment must remain at the delivery address, and approved relocation may involve the actual moving cost.

What happens at the end of the term?

After all initial-term rent has cleared, you may renew for 12 months at the frozen renewal rate, purchase at the frozen purchase-option price, or return the sauna. A scheduled return then has no return penalty, and Simply Sauna handles retrieval at its cost.

How do I know whether Simply Sauna serves my location?

Eligibility depends on the states enabled for the selected package and review of the delivery address and installation location. Submit the property address with your application, or contact Simply Sauna before applying if you have a location question.
